Pendle Forest Hawks


We are very proud to help sponsor the Pendle Forest U10 Hawks football team.

The team are part of the Pendle Forest sports club, who do a fantastic job of providing sports for all in the Burnley & Pendle area.

Here are the team in their Springfield jackets getting ready for a cold Saturday morning match! Go Hawks!

As the 2022 World Cup gets underway, Springfield are proud to support grassroots football by sponsoring Pendle Forest’s Under 7s.

Two from the team are pictured below, gleaming in their brand new Springfield kits after playing their first match of the season.

Rock FM Cash for Kids


Springfield Financial Services are proud to associate with Rock FM Cash for Kids.

Cash for kids is a charity that responds to the needs of children in the community. The Rock FM Christmas appeal collects and distributes gifts for disadvantaged children within the local area.

For the last 3 years Springfield have acted as a local collection point, in addition to shopping for £000’s of presents as a donation.

Team Springfield Cycling


In 2016, Tony Pilkington, Managing Director of Springfield Financial Services, set up Team Springfield Cycling. We are a group of clients, friends and colleagues, who enjoy riding our bike(s)…

Many of the Team are ‘testers’, competing in both local and national time trial events.

As cycling enthusiasts the Team were keen to ‘put something back’ into a sport they have enjoyed for years. Team Springfield are one of a number of local clubs that host the Preston Evening Time Trial Series (PETTS), in addition we put on charity time trial events.

Over the past two years we have raised more than £2,500 which has helped support a number of local charities.

Various members of staff undertake fundraising activities, often coercing their colleagues into participating too!

MacMillan Cancer Coffee Morning


Springfield hosted the Big Coffee Morning in 2017 and 2016 in aid of MacMillan Cancer Research.

Staff baked and brought in cake donations which we then enjoyed with clients.
