Congratulations to our very own Vanessa Townshend who has been shortlisted for Financial Adviser of the Year at the Growth Investor Awards 2018!
These prestigious awards are now in their fourth year and celebrate the role of the UK SME investment community in job and wealth creation, as well as recognising those enabling start up and ‘scale up’ businesses to realise their full potential and drive Britain’s economic recovery.
Vanessa will be competing in the Financial Adviser of the Year category alongside five other outstanding finalists. Competition for every award category has reached an all-time high in the Growth Investor Awards 2018, and Vanessa is now getting ready to face a very intense second round of voting.
Winners will be announced at an exclusive black-tie dinner for 450 guests on Wednesday 7th November at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
Commenting on her recent award nomination, Vanessa said:
‘I am delighted to have been shortlisted for the Growth Investor Awards 2018. VCT, EIS and Business Relief structures form an integral part of our holistic planning proposition for many of our higher net worth clients and over the past few years I have worked hard to research and further develop my knowledge of these markets. This award acknowledges our commitment to alternative structures. I look forward to the awards ceremony in November.’
